Lately I can't help but sit back and watch my busy little bees. They play constantly and it is fascinating. Who needs hobbies or television when you have these two to keep you entertained? I've posted a few pictures and videos here but this blog really doesn't come close to the hilarious chaotic reality that is daily life for us...
I snapped a picture just as Allison was throwing a green ring in the air.
This is the face she makes when she is growling and I think she was playing peekaboo too.
Yep, that is my video camera she has in her hand and a guilty look on her face.
Allison looks forward to playing with her daddy. Anytime something pleases her she claps.
Jessica found her daddy's sweatband and decided to model it.
Playing in the princess tent.
We went to a birthday party at the bowling alley. Here is Jessica with her friends Lily and Lucy.
Jessica smashed her fingers in the balls twice.
She wasn't very into bowling, instead she rocked out to the hip music they were playing. (Even in the midst of all this fun she looked up at me and said, "I go Nathan and Kathryn's house". She asked to go there several times a day.)
Allison is modeling her new pink shoes. She is wearing a size 5 wide!
Jessica is playing with her new play dough animal stencils.
The girls were playing jungle animals under the dining room table. They were both growling. I am not sure if Alli knew she was pretending to be an animal but she was growling right along with Jessica.
Jessica likes to line up the animal magnets on the fridge in a "choo choo train" and Allison likes to pull them all down (sometimes that makes Jess a little upset...).
Allison usually gets to enjoy any treat that Jessica gets these days (or I hear about it!) They were enjoying a red ice pop because that is the color Jessica picked.
Allison is watching intently as Jessica tries to push the ice pop up all by herself.
We took a walk to the beach and then A&W the other night. Jessica likes to pet Allison on the head or hold her hand during walks.
After we were done eating dinner I treated the girls to a soft serve cone. Allison was having a hard time sharing with mommy and big sister.
